This is a foot-operated sealer specifically designed for sealing watery item.
The heating element is attached to the upper lever where is less likely to be exposed to liquids.
Ideal for sealing retort pouches, etc.
■ Heating and cooling time indicated by the color of the lamp
The heat/cool lamp lights up in red during heating and in blue during cooling, allowing you to visually check the "cooling time".
When the cooling is finished, a beep sounds to indicate the finish of sealing.

Loosen the plastic nuts to remove the pressure plate, turn it upside down, and set it on the pressure lever, so you can clean and replace parts with ease.
Inset-type silicone rubber and special seal receiving plate
Push the silicone rubber into the dovetail cross-sectional groove of the seal receiving plate to fix it.

Safety Measures
