We have sold the Intrinsic Safety Explosion Proof Sealer of EPL-1000 series since 2014.
Now, we have successfully developed the new STEAMSEALER® that needs no power supply.
* Specification and appearance might be slightly different from the actual product.
■ Work without any electricity
These seales do not need any electricity and work with saturated vaper and compressed air.
It makes possible to operate the selaer in hazardous area.
*Saturated vaper and compressed air should be prepared at the factory.
■ Available in the flammable atmosphere of ignition temperature class G2
Since the steam sealer uses only saturated vapor, the surface temperature never goes up beyond 175 ℃ (347 F)
■ Available in hazardous area
These sealers can be used even in Zone (Class I, Division 1) or Zone 2 (Class I, Division 2).
It saves labor and cost for securing non hazardous area separately for packaging work.
■ NTW model (vacuum sealer)
EPV-610 NTW model can remove the air in a pouch through vacuuming nozzle before sealing.
This ejector type vacuum sealer needs compressed air only, vacuum pump is not required.
